Description

The backrest for the Carbon Ultralight Rollator offers great support for your lower back while you’re taking a rest on the seat of your rollator.

The backrest can easily be attached and detached.  Rollator folds and unfolds with the backrest in place - there is no need to remove it.

To better facilitate a rest while out on a trip, byACRE have designed a backrest that supports your lower back while sitting on the seat of your rollator.

Great support for your lower back while sitting on your rollator.

Adjustable height so it fits no matter the height on your rollator (though limited to a max height 25mm below the rollators tallest position).  When fitting please note that the small peak fits all holes, except the lowest hole.

Easy to attach and detach and shaped like the backrest of a chair, so it is comfortable.

The Ultralite is indeed much lighter than my previous rollator. This makes it much easier to transport around and use. A well-designed product that works well.
But the accessories are not so easy to fit - clearer instructions would help.

Easy to assemble and very easy to open and close. Cane holder only fits 1 cane so ordered another one. The holders detach when Rollator is closing. One of the inserts on the shopping bag came apart during first use. Getting accustomed to the lightness of the Rollator, used locally so far.

Wheels keep getting’ stuck’ when setting off, ie wheel pointing to one side causing it to jerk then quickly lurch forward
Handles have too much give in them so they wobble which feels unsafe
Backrest keeps dropping down because the screws are ineffective, this makes sitting down a bit of a gamble

Please reach out to us so we can make sure you have the correct size Ultralight, which would hopefully remedy the seat width issue.

We can also give you some guidance on how to install the backrest to make sure it doesn't slip down. You shouldn't need to use screws for it.

How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
