You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick, have a disabling, chronic or terminal condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only. Charities are also eligible by providing their charity number.
At checkout, enter the name of the eligible person, along with their disability / long term illness in order to qualify for VAT relief.

Unique integrated stand-up aids
The integrated, extendable stand-up handles allow safe support when standing up and sitting down. The handles can be lowered again for unhindered walking.
Special tray with a few extras
To make it easy to reach the tray even when sitting down, it can be moved to the walking side.
The handle of the tray can be completely retracted. It allows the tray to be carried with only one hand.
The tray has a drink holder and a handy groove in which a smartphone and tablet can be placed. The special feature: if you place your speakers in the groove, the volume is amplified!
The net under the tray has space for practical, and discreet, storage of other items.
Compact and quickly folded

The TOPRO Hestia has 7-year warranty (except for parts that are exposed to natural wear and tear). The rollator conforms to Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and is tested and approved according to EN ISO 11199-2:2005 (standard for security and quality for rollator) and EN ISO 10993-1 (standard for biocompatibility).

I’m delighted with my Topro Hestia Indoor Rollator. It’s much narrower than other similar ones but just as stable. I specifically required the extra height available in order to assist me to stand upright. It turns out”on a sixpence”, one can use it with one hand as the handle and brake is a comfortable single grip across the width. I like the fact that it is stable enough to assist me in rising from a chair or my bed, once positioned correctly facing me. The table top with an excellent cup/mug holder, a nifty (removable) bag for spectacles, iPhone, iPad Air tissues etc. I have rather high thresholds between thresholds but this Rollator has a handy area to place one foot and easily raise it to smoothly pass from room to room. I honestly can’t find fault at all ; needless to say, I’m extremely happy to recommend it to anyone who needs assistance to move around easily indoors.

Bought a Nordic Pioneer which is brilliant so went back to buy a Scandinavian Butler which unfortunately was sold out. So purchased the Topro Hestia which I can only say is like pushing a shopping trolley goes any direction but straight on carpets even tight pile making it a chore to use it.

Amazing design and great to look at. It is a mobility item but less medical looking. It spins, carries, folds, etc. With ease. My brain condition does not allow for mistakes, it does its job for me so well.

What happens after my order is placed?

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
