The grocery bag for is the perfect accessory to take shopping with you. 

It is easy to open and close, so you can load and unload your groceries quickly and without difficulty.

Easy to unload the groceries when you arrive home.  There is no need to detach the grocery bag from the rollator when closing.

Very spacious for a full load of groceries or new additions to your wardrobe.

Easy open/close system so you can easily put your groceries into the bag while shopping and unload them when you get home

Room for an inner bag so you can load your groceries easily in to the bag after check-out and unload it without detaching it from the rollator when arriving home

Easy to clean and maintain made from wear and weather resistant polyester that can easily be wiped clean.

Fit the grocery bag to the front narrower side of the seat and close the seat slightly when fitting.

It should be a straightforward product to get right but one thing has proved mega frustrating with this mesh grocery bag as it is seriously let down by the quality of the drawstring cord to close it and stop it hanging open. I am now onto the replacement you kindly sent and exactly the same problem. The cord struggles to move freely through the closure button, concertinas or frays and is not satisfactory. This problem needs to be addressed.
Meanwhile I will see if my friendly boot repairer has a suggestion.

How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. If you feel more comfortable, please call us on 020 8638 6308 where a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone (along with answering any queries you may have).

What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
