Description

The Travel Bag for the Carbon Ultralight is a must-have for adventurers who wish to keep their rollator safe and scratch-free during travels.

It's custom-made to fit the dynamic shapes and sleek design of the Carbon Ultralight Rollator.  The perfect fit makes it easy to place the rollator in the bag and protects it in all the right places.  For added protection byAcre have also integrated a protection pad that is placed between the wheels to protect the axles from scratches during transport.

The outer material is sturdy and wear-resistant and the grey melange colour makes it difficult to spot dirt marks.  The travel bag is padded and lined with an elegant and soft lining that keeps the rollator well protected on the inside as well.

With the carry-handle and the shoulder strap there's more than one way to transport your Carbon Ultralight on adventures.  It is actually just a question of preference.

Please note: When fitting the Ultralight into the bag please ensure the handles are at their lowest position.  Please ensure the rollator is placed the correct way round in travel bag otherwise it will not fit. 

We recommend a trial run of putting the rollator into the Travel Bag before departing on your travels.  It is easy to do and a simple procedure.

Excellent product

Received the ultra lightweight rollater a week ago, we are VERY impressed with this piece of kit. We have another rollater which my husband found very skittish and tricky to use. yours is well balanced and easy to use, we aim to test it in December on a cruise around the Caribbean. My husband is confident enough to say pre cruise that he feels this aid will be very beneficial . It is so lightweight yet supremely well balanced . So much better than any others he has tried - and very easy to put into the well made cover to check in for our luggage.

How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. If you feel more comfortable, please call us on 020 8638 6308 where a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone (along with answering any queries you may have).

What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
