I recently purchased this and it’s honestly great, feels very sturdy but lightweight, it looks lovely and I have had lots of nice comments when I’m using it! Very pleased with it.

I was very nervous about going to the showroom as a young person (27) but Richard was lovely and welcoming! I knew I wanted to primarily view the byACRE Carbon Ultralight but it was also helpful to see other rollators as comparisons. Richard was so patient with me as I was struggling with the thought of getting a mobility aid. I managed to get the one I wanted a couple of weeks later and went to the showroom to get it and Richard helped to put the back rest on, package it all up etc. and it's been truly life changing! The rollator is so smooth and easy to use, almost silent (when not on rough terrain) and comfortable and stylish which was very important to me as I mostly need it for the seat as I can't stand for long. Highly recommend the rollator and Assist Mobility!

As the Overland arrived we were off to Suffolk. I was able to walk about more than I have. Sitting down when I needed it. I felt a little bit free for the first time in months. I went into a shop and could sit down and chat. It was a revelation. Thank you very much.

My old walker was supposed to be light but my new Acre rollater is amazing and has changed my life in so many ways. I can close it and walk up the outside steps to our apartment building holding it in one hand instead of having to walk around to the back of the building where there’s a ramp. It fits easily into cars and I’ve recently taken it on a plane . No problem.
I love the look of it. No brake wires to get tangled up and it’s very manoeuvrable. All in all I’m very satisfied

I ordered the weekend bag as i'm going away for 4 days and can't pull a small suitcase whilst pushing my OL rollator and wearing a rucksack affects my balance. So i'll use the Weekend Bag, the Day Pack and the Pocket Bag and have booked Passenger assist for the train! The weekend bag fits the rollator perfectly and is really roomy, looks really smart and has an inside pocket too. Glad of the shoulder strap too - thanks Assist Mobility for 1st class service again.

Great cup holder that is very easy to fix onto my Overland using the recommended screwdriver (less than £4 on A****n).
Fits my 800ml bottle perfectly. Very worthwhile purchase as reduces carrying weight of handbag.

Compared to others this is a smooth ride, easy to use and everyone says how light it is. I have trouble with my arms and even I can lift this. The handles are more than comfortable. I havent walked this much in years as I was embarrassed to use a walking aid. My stick was painful to use but this rolator has been a game changer. It looks so lovely, I have a pink one and I just really love it. Im very glad of the seat and hope to use it and walk so much more now.. It arrives all set up and ready to go. I had such good advice from staff on making my decision and when I placed the order it was here in a few days.

Having to purchase a rollator (walker) for the first time after a recent MS diagnosis could have been overwhelming. However, finding ByAcre meant it felt far less scary.

My Nordic Pioneer has got a great design, lovely colour and is built to deal with some off-road adventures. Comparing between this and other models was easy on the Assist Mobility website. It may seem superficial, but design is as important as functionality. I'm in my early 50's with a newly diagnosed disability and want to avoid the traditional design of mobility aids if possible as they can be drab and purely functional.

My Nordic Pioneer has already helped me on a wild camping trip where it managed wide grassy and sandy paths well.

I've been stopped on my local high street because someone thought it looked great. This might seem silly, but it really helps when you're making a big but necessary adjustment to your day to day life.

After thinking about it for a year I finally bought the Carbon Overland. I then had to face up to the idea of actually using it and looking disabled!
But …. As soon as I did I knew I’d done the right thing. My dogs got the first decent walk in a long time. I’m very tall but I was able to stand straight and keep my posture. I tried it in all different terrains, long grass, woodland tracks, gravel paths, hills and it coped with them all. The ability to stop and sit wherever and whenever I needed to was amazing.
Only negative is that my Apple watch doesn’t seem to be recording my steps!

It's a little too early to provide a really meaningful review - for example, I haven't tested the travel bag on flights yet - but I have to say that the service I received from Assist Mobility was second to none. I, initially, dealt with Suzanne, who listened carefully to my situation and requirements (in a very professional manner), before explaining what she thought would be best for me. The ordering process, with Kim, was equally impressive - I ordered Monday morning and the whole bundle of goods arrived, together, around Tuesday lunchtime. Many thanks to you all. Regards. I am really sorry I haven't replied sooner, I was waiting until my holiday in Wales, which I have just come back from to be able to try out my Overland properly.
I chose this model, rather than a lighter one, for everyday use as I felt it was more stable for my height and weight.
I have just spent 10 days in Wales, it was hot! So I didn't get out and about too much as the heat affects my MS, however the coach house we stayed at has a 1/4 acre flat garden, so I used my rollator to do some laps when it was cooler in the evening.
However on one of the slightly cooler days, I was able to join my wife on a forest walk with the dogs, I did the 1KM accessible circular route while she took the dogs on a longer route and rejoined me every now and again to check in and make sure I was still on my feet! It took me a couple of hours as my legs aren't great, but my Overland really helped with the terrain and I has able to use it to sit and rest when needed.

The only feedback I have, is I have to adjust the brakes quite often, as the wheels still roll a bit with them on, but other than that I am pleased with it, far easier to get in and out of the car than my previous walker as so much lighter and helps my posture, being more upright.

The Rehasense Space LX Rollator is an ideaal rollatot is well designed. For me there are 3 major advantages.
It is very light, about half the weight of an equivalent steel rollator, making it very easy to manipulate at curbs etc and easy to load into the car.
It has a comfortable seat with a sturdy backrest giving me confidence when seated.
It has large diameter wheels making it able to deal with rough terrain
It is clearly well made and of high quality and value for money.
Highly recommend.

After some doubt my family and decided to purchase the Nordic Rollator. It was certainly the right choice. I took it to Corsica recently and it proved invaluable. One small criticism is that it doesn’t like cobbles which I discovered while walking around the Citadel in Calvi. I did send a couple photographs from Corsica which I will resend after this review.

I'm hoping the Rehasence covered bag, which I bought separately will be an essential alternative to the see through and open bag which comes with the rollator and I can use when weather is dry. The Rehesance bag with lid is the same size as the open top bag and attached to the rollator the same way with easy hooks and also both bags also have straps and they can both fold with the trolley. I bought the Rehesance bag as an extra essential for changeable damp showery weather if outdoors but both bags are good. Another reason to have two alternative bags is that I have used rollators for many years and found sometimes the bags don't last the same length of time as the rollator.

Having been a sport women until Scoliosis bent me double I can now walk with a straighter back & enjoy shopping & walking even on rough ground - I feel so much more confident.

My byAcre Overland was a great buy. I have found I am able to walk more upright and more freely using it. Because it is lightweight, I can manage to lift it in and out of my car quite easily. I gave it a thorough try out over different surfaces at Wrest Park last week. It was great to be able to enjoy the park walking, instead of having to use one of their mobility scooters. Having the Overland has opened up opportunities to visit places I had thought I could no longer manage.

I first purchased the Ultralight which has been a delight to use on local shopping trips etc. But now we are having some spring like weather I wanted to venture out more into woods and rural (short) walks so decided to invest in the Overland too. Still the same ease of getting it into, and out of the car but it handles the woodland and gravel paths just that bit better.

So I now have two best friends to come out with me! So happy!

It holds so much stuff, which as someone both with temperature regulation issues and extra hydration needs means I can carry all my layers and water really easily. Not having to fumble with regular bags makes life so much simpler.

It looks very smart, and wouldn't be out of place in more formal settings - but it also is an excellent vessel for pins and badges for a fun casual look!

The flap closes with a magnetic popper, which is a great accessibility detail. I usually just leave it unzipped so I can grab stuff easily. I recommend buying the optional shoulder strap, because if you need to fold your rollator you can quickly snap it on and still carry your bag hands free.

The wheel fell of my previous Let's Fly rollator but I had had it for 8 years so rather than faffing about with repairs I ordered another scarlet one on Sunday it was delivered on Wednesday with excellent comunication from Assist Mobility. 10 days later one of the black caps came of the frame. Not quite as sleek as it was but you can't have everything!

Not only were they amazingly helpful and friendly but my ByACRE rollator arrived the next day! Wonderful and would definitely recommend and use again as needed. Thank you so much all at Assist Mobility.

It is light and pretty.
It has given me a freedom I never thought I would regain.
I can lift it into the boot of my car and go to the shops or a walk in the country.
I have a dropped foot and nerve damage in my legs so completely reliant on a walking aid.
The compact walker does have quite a narrow seat so would only recommend for people with narrow hips!

I received byAcre carbon Rollator within a few days.
I am extremely pleased with it and love the light weight which makes it easy to lift on to trains and buses. I achieved this with it on my first outing. I am now able to be fully mobile again.

I bought this for indoor use to replace my tea trolley. It rolls great across thresholds in my home and, adding a little tray, I can use it to port things around. It works great in the garden too. I love the look and colour - it goes in my home well and with my outfits! As a young person that is important to me. My only complaint is the seat is not that comfortable for more than short sits - needs a thin foam cushion or something.

Bought this for my mum who broke her back . Was very quick to arrive , super lightweight . Bought the travel bag which is excellent . Looks very stylish as mum is 79 years young and didn’t want something that would make her feel old !! Thank you for giving my mum the opportunity to get back outside again

I have just tried out my new minty green Nordic Pioneer rollator and it is an absolute game changer. At the young age of 58 I was very reluctant to get a black, chunky metal mobility aid.
