I am over the moon with this rollator. Very light, easy to get in and out of the car. Had some misgivings about the handles because they were the other way round but they have turned out to be perfectly designed, tapering outwardly, giving perfect grip.
Disappointed at the quality of the bag . Not up to the quality of the Rollator considering the price of the bag. It should be packed with fewer folds.
The zip is too flimsy for the bag and in my case jammed on the fold but was willingly and promptly replaced.
The black bag is excellent just what I needed it fits well on my Walker
Really keeps you upright. Strong and light, feels very reliable. Copes well with the uneven surfaces that are so much of London life.
Every time I have a query this company have advised me promptly. I highly recommend them
I chose the widest seat and I can sit comfortably with a coat on. My previous one is in with a cycle repair shop in Hereford to adjust the brake system which my husband newly put on and could not get to work.
I love my new rollator, it’s so light and much more maneuverable than my old one, also easy to lift in and out of the car. Just wish it had a decent shopping bag, the mesh bag is not fit for purpose and expensive for something so flimsy and ill fitting.
I’ve had my ultralight for a couple of weeks now and I love it. I already have the Overland for when I take my dog to the park or for holidays when I might be going over different surfaces but the ultralight is for shopping and lighter walks.
It really is light for lifting in and out of the car. It’s very sturdy too so I feel completely safe using it. The little bag it comes with is very useful for phone,keys,purse etc so saves carrying a handbag too. I definitely reccomend it and would also like to thank Suzanne very much for all her help and advice. I’ve spoken to her a few times now and she is always very professional and knowledgeable.

I’ve been using my rollator for a few days and I can now walk round town without back pain and not having to plan the quickest route to wherever I’m going. It’s lightened my life. Thank you SO much.
This is my second. Without doubt a most useful addition. Unfortunately my first one broke off and we tried stick it with super glue but without success. Unable to get the fixing part only, had to buy a new complete item. It would be good if this was sold separately.
Still getting use to the ease of putting it in the car lobe the fact that it is so safe. Just need to practice when at shops etc

It was purchased for my 95 year old mother who just loves the champagne colour. She has had a lightweight walker for about 5 years but this is a game changer. It moves so smoothly and is easy to handle. For me having to lift it into the car the new one is just wonderful.

A very neat easily manoeuvrable rollator.
Just purchased an Acre Carbon Overland Off Road rollater. I had thought that my walks were reduced to tarmac and pavements due to my instability - but not so - my new rollater takes me anywhere that I always used to go - so off road, here I come !

Found it very easy to understand the instructions and no tools required for assembly. Only put it into my small car 3 times but it fitted very easy into the boot. Would I recommend it definitely.
Absolutely brilliant .
It pushes easily on gravel, cobbles , small kerbs and tree roots.
Slightly heavy for me to lift into the car boot but my husband can lift it for me.
It is robust and the seat is very comfortable and feels safe .
Shall be going to the beach soon to test it out on wet sand.
Customer service was great- extremely knowledgeable , patient with all my questions without being at all pushy.

Since my mobility has worsened, I now need 2 walking sticks, so decided to buy a second cane holder for my rollator which is mainly used indoors.

Very lightweight but very strong
Super lightweight, folds easily and goes in the boot of my VW Polo car. Perfect around the house also and love the simplicity of design. Gives me good support when walking outside. I chose blue which looks very stylish. Best on the market.
As a young woman now struggling with mobility, it was important to me to find an aid that didn’t feel ‘old’ and I felt comfortable going out with. We messaged using the chat to get some support and enquire about possibly trialing a rollator, which I think is a lovely service! The responses were quick and very kind/friendly. Furthermore, I was emailed as a courtesy just so I had an email thread should there be any questions or problems and I was even contacted to say that my accessory purchased would arrive separately. The communication was never too much but I felt really up to date and involved with my purchase. The website provided great information to help me pick out the best aid for me too! No complaints at all and I’d purchase from Assist Mobilty again if I ever need to!
We are thrilled with how beneficial this has been. My husband could only walk two hundred yards because of back and hip pain, associated with Parkinson’s which makes him lean to one side. Using this, he has been able to build up over a couple of weeks to comfortably walk 1.5 miles. I chose the Tiger outdoor rollator because it is sturdy and wide, with big wheels. It copes well with fairly uneven surfaces, and is very stable, but you do need to be careful, as hitting a big pothole will stop it dead. I now walk with my husband and hold onto one side just in case. If using it alone, you would need to go slowly and carefully.
The back strap takes a lot of force to close, though it gets easier with practice. There is also a supporting strap between the handles, which you need to unclip before you can sit down. The armrest height seems good. I am 5’ 9” and they are easily high enough for me.
Really pleased with purchase just had one issue with lack of instructions for fitting a back rest ordered as an extra - received extremely fast response to my concern and full instructions were sent by E Mail. Should have been on the packaging for the backrest but were missing. So more than happy with the service.
