You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick, have a disabling, chronic or terminal condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only. Charities are also eligible by providing their charity number.
At checkout, enter the name of the eligible person, along with their disability / long term illness in order to qualify for VAT relief.

The ICON 35 transport wheelchair is light, compact and manageable due to its weight. For transport, the wheelchair can be quickly folded and stored offering flexibility and ease of use.
The ICON 35 is a perfect companion for everyday use with the added benefit of ease of use when travelling; both for the user and the accompanying traveller.
The ICON 35 is available in two versions:
Lx (luxury version) and Bx (basic version) starting at a weight of only 8.2 kg (18.1lbs).
The maximum user weight tolerance for both the Lx and Bx is up to 125 kg (19st).
With a maximum user weight of 125 kg (19 stone) for both the Lx and Bx offer a great lightweight wheelchair solution for many users.
The ICON 35 models offer an ergonomic seat and back angle, which allows for an excellent sitting position.
ICON 35 Lx is further equipped with a high-quality ergonomic seat and back cushion, with the benefit of adjustable armrests for greater support and pressure relief for the user.
Both the LX and BX have seat widths of 16”/40cm (18”/45.7cm between armrests) and 18”/45cm (20” between armrests).
For transportation and storage both models can be quickly and easily folded. Taking up little space with length, height and width dimensions of just 26”x29”x11” (66x74x28cm).
Features 7” PU front wheel with alu fork and glass-fibre reinforced plastic bearing house and user-friendly, stepwise brake control with cable.
The ICON 35 wheelchairs are the lightest wheelchairs within the Rehasense ICON range.
Icon 35 is CE-marked and fulfils the requirements of EU Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) for medical devices.
Wheelchair arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one of the spokes on a rear wheel was broken. I contacted assist mobility and they sorted the problem out with Rehasense who sent a new wheel which arrived the following day. Can’t fault either company for their prompt service. Would definitely use assist mobility again.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.
