The Five Whys

  1. 360° manoeuvrability - effortlessly navigate tight spaces, moving sideways or lengthways through narrow doorways and between furniture with complete stability.
  2. Mobile handrail stability - lean on it safely from any direction without toppling risk, providing the support you need throughout your home.
  3. Rolling seat innovation - move whilst seated using your feet, perfect for cooking, cleaning, or conserving energy when fatigue strikes suddenly.
  4. Lockable rear wheels - directionally lock for straight-line stability when you need extra support, preventing any sideways drift.
  5. Internal brake cables - no snagging on furniture or doorframes, with an innovative brake bar that operates evenly with one hand from any position.

Description

The Saljol Page Indoor Rollator is genuinely revolutionary - purpose-built specifically for safe home use rather than being an outdoor rollator adapted for indoor environments. This premium German-designed mobility aid transforms how you move around your home, providing mobile handrail stability that you can safely lean on from any direction without toppling risk.

Revolutionary 360° Manoeuvrability

Unlike traditional rollators, the Saljol Page Indoor Rollator features genuine 360° manoeuvrability, allowing you to move it sideways or lengthways through narrow doorways and tight spaces between furniture. This innovative design ensures safe navigation throughout your home - through hallways, into bathrooms, and around kitchen units - whilst maintaining complete stability at all times.

You can comfortably lean on it from the side or back and position it directly in front of sinks or countertops. Crucially, it can easily roll over a standard-height toilet, allowing you to hold on securely whilst sitting down or standing up, transforming bathroom safety and independence.

Mobile Handrail Stability

The Saljol Page Indoor Rollator provides exceptional support within your home, particularly valuable if you experience unsteady walking, dizziness, or balance issues. Thanks to its sturdy, ergonomically designed frame, you can safely lean on any side of the rollator at all times without risk of it toppling over.

The frame geometry and weight distribution are specifically engineered to maintain stability even when you lean heavily from the side or back. It functions like a mobile handrail that moves with you through every room of your home.

Rolling Seat - Move Whilst Sitting

One of the most innovative features is the large seat with warm felt cushion that's explicitly designed for 'tripping' - moving forward whilst seated using your feet. This is transformative if you experience rapid fatigue requiring frequent rests, fall risk when standing for extended periods, weak leg muscles or joint instability, or conditions like MS that cause sudden exhaustion.

Safely navigate through different rooms or comfortably prepare meals in the kitchen whilst sitting. The sturdy tray with non-slip felt pad securely holds food and drinks, cups and plates whilst you move about seated.

Lockable Rear Wheels for Straight-Line Stability

The rear wheels can be locked in the longitudinal direction to provide more control and stability whilst moving straight. This feature is especially helpful when you need to lean more heavily on the rollator - the locked wheels prevent any sideways drift, keeping you moving in a perfectly straight line.

This is particularly valuable when navigating hallways, moving from room to room, or any situation where you need maximum stability and control.

Internal Brake Cables - Innovation for Safety

All brake cables run through the sturdy frame, completely eliminating the risk of snagging. This innovative design ensures you can move safely through rooms without getting caught on furniture edges, doorframes, or handles. You can also place everyday items on the tray without worrying about cables getting entangled.

Brake Bar - Double Comfort When Braking

The colour-matched brake bar is a brilliantly simple innovation. You can slow down the rollator evenly with one hand or activate the parking brake from any position along the bar. You don't need to worry about precise grip placement - operate it from wherever your hand naturally falls.

This is particularly valuable if you have reduced hand strength, arthritis, or difficulty with fine motor control. The brake bar provides an alternative to traditional brake handles that's often much easier to use.

Why Choose the Saljol Page Indoor Rollator?

The Saljol Page Indoor Rollator represents a fundamental rethinking of what an indoor mobility aid should be. Rather than adapting outdoor rollators for home use, Saljol designed from scratch specifically for the indoor environment.

Features like the rolling seat for 'tripping', lockable rear wheels for straight-line stability, internal brake cables that never snag, and frame stability that allows safe leaning from any direction simply don't exist on outdoor rollators adapted for indoor use. This is the sturdiest indoor rollator in the world, engineered specifically for safe, confident movement throughout your home.
