This rollator is intended for daily use both in- and outdoor. The rollator has a 7 year frame warranty. The TOPRO Troja 5G has 7-year warranty (except for parts that are exposed to natural wear and tear). The rollator is tested and approved according to TÜV NS-EN ISO 11199-2 (standard for security and quality for rollator) and EN ISO 10993-1 (standard for biocompatibility).

You asked if I ‘loved’ my recent purchase. It is certainly very helpful, useful and adaptable to help me get around but as to loving it, well I think that is going too far. Does one love getting old and being somewhat infirm? Using the word ‘love’, in my opinion is wrong. Now to the product itself, it is very good and does not appear to have any problems. I purchased it for getting around in a large garden. I would be worried about using it on very sloping ground, the brakes are good but it could run away with you if you do not have strong arms. Indoors it would obviously not have that problem.

I am more than pleased with my purchase. It has so many very useful items attached. Such as the bell, the levers to help up the curbs. I did find getting down the curbs a little difficult because the base is so long. But overall an amazing piece of work.

Used it on uneven pavements, and it is much smoother to push and I feel safer & confident with this model. Great sized bag, and small model seat height is suitable for 5ft person. Delivered within 2 days of ordering. Handles needed height adjustment and bag to be fitted, then good to go from box

Not used it yet but I have upgraded from the 2g model I have been using for years so no doubt this will be another great product from Topro. Delivery time was short and the rollator was good to go right out of the box. I just had to adjust the handles to my height and attach the bag.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
