Description

This bag is custom made for the Carbon Overland’s and Pioneer's dynamic design, making it a perfect fit and protected in all the right places. With a protection pad between the wheels, even the front forks are protected from scratches during transport.

The sturdy material keeps the bag looking great even after multiple and the sporty black material is practical and stylish. To make sure the rollator is fully protected on the inside as well, the bag is padded and lined with an elegant and soft lining.

The dual straps system, with both a carry-handle and an adjustable shoulder strap, makes sure that you can carry the bag no matter the situation.

Please note: When fitting the rollator into the bag ensure the handles are at their lowest position.  Please ensure the rollator is placed the correct way round in travel bag otherwise it will not fit. 

We recommend a trial run of putting the rollator into the Travel Bag before departing on your travels.  It is easy to do and a simple procedure.

Excellent product and service

I have primary progressive MS and was diagnosed about 8 years ago. Walking with a stick had become difficult. I saw a lady with the overland rollator and ordered one as soon as possible. It has made walking so much easier. I am visiting my daughter in Japan and it has helped immensely. Yes I was disappointed with the Travel Bag but the customer service I received was excellent and a replacement bag will be supplied when I am home. I cannot recommend the Overland rollator enough together with excellent customer service.

An excellent piece of equipment! Have walked nearly as far after 10 days or so with this rollator as I could before my stroke. How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. If you feel more comfortable, please call us on 020 8638 6308 where a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone (along with answering any queries you may have).

What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
