The byACRE Padded Backrest brings a new level of comfort to the byACRE rollator range. Designed in Copenhagen with the same eye for elegant, understated style as the rollators themselves, the padded backrest offers soft, supportive comfort for your lower back whenever you take a seat - whether that's a pause on the walk into town or a longer rest in the park.

Comfort, Exactly When You Want It

The star of the show is the clever new clip attachment. The padded backrest clips on and off in seconds, with no tools required. Pop it on for extra warmth and cushioning on cooler days, and remove it just as easily whenever you prefer to travel light. The height is fully adjustable too, letting you position the support exactly where you find it most comfortable.

The classic original backrest remains available while stocks last, now at a reduced price. Sleek, lightweight, and wiped clean in moments, it's a great fuss-free option for everyday use. Simply select your preferred backrest from the options above.

Good To Know

  • The backrest is designed to support your lower back while seated - it is not intended to bear your full body weight or to be used for lifting the rollator
  • We recommend removing the backrest before folding your rollator to keep it in perfect condition. Having said that, you can leave it on, and the only time it needs to be removed is if you place the rollator in the optional travel bag
  • The backrest attaches to the metal handlebar and requires at least one visible hole on the handlebar for fitting

How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. If you feel more comfortable, please call us on 020 8638 6308 where a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone (along with answering any queries you may have).

What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
