Description

This bag is custom made for the Carbon Overland’s and Pioneer's dynamic design, making it a perfect fit and protected in all the right places. With a protection pad between the wheels, even the front forks are protected from scratches during transport.

The sturdy material keeps the bag looking great even after multiple and the sporty black material is practical and stylish. To make sure the rollator is fully protected on the inside as well, the bag is padded and lined with an elegant and soft lining.

The dual straps system, with both a carry-handle and an adjustable shoulder strap, makes sure that you can carry the bag no matter the situation.

Please note: When fitting the rollator into the bag ensure the handles are at their lowest position.  Please ensure the rollator is placed the correct way round in travel bag otherwise it will not fit. 

We recommend a trial run of putting the rollator into the Travel Bag before departing on your travels.  It is easy to do and a simple procedure.

Excellent bag for travelling

I purchased this bag to transport my rollator for my upcoming cruise, which will be delivered to my cabin with my luggage. In the past I've noticed passengers who require wheelchair assistance having difficulty carrying their rollators when being assisted by the designated personnel whilst embarking / disembarking the vessel.
I would like to thank the staff at Assist Mobility for their wonderful support and advice.

So many benefits - delighted I went for the Byacre Overland

I spent a lot of time researching and trying out different rollators as the Byacre Overland was quite pricey in comparison. I was mainly concerned about the size, that it would be too big for travelling especially with the big wheels. I wanted it for a six week campervanning trip in Japan. All my concerns went out of the window when it arrived. It is a really good size and folds up very neatly so I can leave it in the porch. I hadn't expected to need it yet, but I have MS and my fatigue has been very bad for weeks. Thanks to my Overland I got out of the house on foot for the first time in ages. I am a vicar and I was able to preside at Holy Communion last Sunday using it. I couldn't manage to do so the week before and I wouldn't have been able to do it this week if it weren't for my Byacre. It went everywhere I needed to go - I preached my sermon while sat on it and it got up into the sanctuary and behind the altar when I needed to prepare the Communion table. Couldn't be happier. The Assist Mobility team were also fantastically helpful, and no they are not paying me for this review ;).

Excellent product and service

I have primary progressive MS and was diagnosed about 8 years ago. Walking with a stick had become difficult. I saw a lady with the overland rollator and ordered one as soon as possible. It has made walking so much easier. I am visiting my daughter in Japan and it has helped immensely. Yes I was disappointed with the Travel Bag but the customer service I received was excellent and a replacement bag will be supplied when I am home. I cannot recommend the Overland rollator enough together with excellent customer service.

How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
