I had whittled my decision down to two Rollators with the help of neighbours, who own Rollators themselves. My final decision was made having talked at some length with Mark. He was helpful, gave impartial advice and obviously knew the products well. The purchase transaction was smooth and delivery prompt.
I have undertaken several short trips; I feel balanced and I can stand up much better. I look forward to better weather to enjoy going out more!
