Very pleased with the design and light weight of the assembled rollator after adding on our chosen accessories. Collapses down for very small footprint in car boot with standard backrest fitted..Very manoeuverable turning circle that inspires confidence. Web site does not automatically select exact accessory for chosen rollator model and size - but these are all checked for compatibility before despatch. Constructive comment - the standard backrest when fitted feels like just about perched on the seat edge (even with seat rigid accessory). There is an adjustable backrest but without the minimum and maximum support dimensions. Overall very pleased and is now nicknamed 'My New Ferrari'. Excellent service and checks by Assist Mobility.

What happens after my order is placed?

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
