You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick, have a disabling, chronic or terminal condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only. Charities are also eligible by providing their charity number.
At checkout, enter the name of the eligible person, along with their disability / long term illness in order to qualify for VAT relief.
Businesses and people who do not qualify for VAT relief will pay the price that includes VAT i.e. £420.

This rollator is so chunky and well built, it is solid and comfortable, the brakes work, the handgrips are soft rubber with reflectors. You feel confident and safe using it as it is solid and well braced. The seat is very wide and comfortable, I bought the rigid seat to fit on top of the soft seat. This gives a firm secure seat, for me this is a great advantage as I need to stop and sit a lot! The only downside is you need to remove it before folding it up. It is a bit bulky for home use indoors but worth it for its secure stability. It arrived next day fully assembled, happy days!

What happens after my order is placed?

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.
