You do not need to be registered disabled or eligible for any other benefit to qualify for VAT free mobility goods.
You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick, have a disabling, chronic or terminal condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only. Charities are also eligible by providing their charity number.
At checkout, enter the name of the eligible person, along with their disability / long term illness in order to qualify for VAT relief.
Businesses and people who do not qualify for VAT relief will pay the price that includes VAT i.e. £1.679.

Description
The Taurus H Basic is a functional forearm walker designed to offer unrivalled support of your upper body. High enough for tall users (up to 2.10 m), it features hydraulic height adjustment for easy use and can be used in the shower.
The prominent central column provides easy access for nursing staff to provide support for the user.
Adjustability
It features adjustable arm pads. The handles can be adjusted forward and sideways for the best fit for the user.
Width
The rollator is only 66cm wide making it easy to navigate some of the tighter gaps in the home including narrow doorways and spaces between kitchen worktops. Although it has a slim design it has sturdy legs providing you with peace of mind.
Wheels
The 12.5 cm diameter wheels ensure the forearm walker is capable of climbing carpet edges, door thresholds etc., whilst being small enough to reach under beds. Each wheel has its own foot brake too.
Warranty
TÜV approved according to EN ISO 11199-3 (standard for walking aids, walkers) and is guaranteed free for faults and defects for 2 years (exempt are damage caused by incorrect use or parts exposed to natural wear and tear).

What happens after my order is placed?

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.
