You do not need to be registered disabled or eligible for any other benefit to qualify for VAT free mobility goods.
You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick, have a disabling, chronic or terminal condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only. Charities are also eligible by providing their charity number.
At checkout, enter the name of the eligible person, along with their disability / long term illness in order to qualify for VAT relief.
Businesses and people who do not qualify for VAT relief will pay the price that includes VAT i.e. £300.

Seat
A practical and comfortable seat enables a safe rest whenever needed. Made of mesh fabric, which provides good visibility when walking. The seat has welded edges and is breathable, durable and washable for added comfort.
The mesh material helps mask any stains or dirt as the rollator ages.
Practical basket
The net basket provides easy access to items. It holds up to 10kg and has a reflective band to ensure visibility in the dark. If you spill your milk it is machine washable.
Thoughtful Design
The frame has a slender and light appearance. The wheels have a slim design while retaining TOPRO’s well-known stability.
The Troja has two kerb lifters at the base of the frame making it easy for you to navigate raised obstacles.
User-friendly height adjustment
The rollator has a user-friendly and tool-free method for setting the height of the handles using a numeric scale. The unique TOPRO "Memory Function" retains the preset handle height so you can easily find your perfect position time and time again.
Practical to transport
The laterally folding technology can easily be operated with one hand which makes the rollator practical to transport. It enables it to stay firmly on its wheels and take up little space when stored.
Inclusive Design
The maximum user weight capacity is 165 kg and is available in three different sizes to accommodate users of different proportions. All while being a lightweight rollator at only 6.8 kg.
Warranty
The TOPRO Troja Original has a 7-year warranty (except for parts that are exposed to natural wear and tear). The rollator is tested and approved according to TÜV NS-EN ISO 11199-2 (standard for security and quality for rollator) and EN ISO 10993-1 (standard for biocompatibility).

What happens after my order is placed?

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.
