Description

Transportation / travel bag accessory for the Trust Care Lets Fly rollator for added protection.

The travel bag is made of black canvas with an inner lining, handles and a strong shoulder strap for easy transportation and protection of the rollator.

The bag has a net pocket for smaller items and a plastic sleeve for a name tag.

The transportation bag is designed to fit the rollator when it is folded which makes it more compact.  There is the added benefit of a strong zipper for closing. There is additional reinforcement in the front, bottom and sides, which are removable. The bag is washable.

A great purchase

I could not have done without this transporter bag on my recent trip abroad. It was a perfect fit and it made everything very simple.
I also had a great experience with customer services who were extremely helpful when I needed the bag in a hurry.

Transporter bag no stars!!!

Well made , looks good. But far too difficult to use and if you have a disability which all will have , as that is why you need the rollator, you would need assistance to use it and even then it is like Lycra. It fits exactly and the one zip creates the problem so I have made my own.
Considering the rollator is called let’s fly and one is walking it on to the plane and then putting the cover on would be impossible and I had tried every way you use the bag and I am so disabled that I should have a problem.
So no stars from me

How can I place an order?

You can purchase by adding the product to your basket and using the online checkout process. If you feel more comfortable, please call us on 020 8638 6308 where a member of our customer service team will be more than happy to take your order over the telephone (along with answering any queries you may have).

What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
