Description
The byACRE Carbon Overland rollator is a rugged addition to the byACRE family of carbon fibre rollators. It's incredibly lightweight and offers superb capabilities on all terrains.
Design
The byACRE design ambition for the Carbon Overland rollator has been to give people the freedom to go wherever they want, whenever they want. In the process, byACRE realised that they were aspiring to the same features as the iconic Land Rover Defender, which has been around for the last 70 years. In admiration of this iconic vehicle, they created a special edition – the Carbon Overland Defender – which is a tribute to the original Land Rover Defender.
Brakes
The brake cables are uniquely and painstakingly designed to route through the frame in order to give a sleek, untarnished appearance to the byACRE Overland. This also reduces the chance of the cables getting caught on door handles, tree branches etc. -reducing the possibility of pricey repairs.
Built In Seat
The rollator comes with a built-in seat. It is constructed from hard-wearing fabric and is super comfortable, similar to a director's chair. It has a cutout for your hand, which is used to pull the seat upwards to fold the rollator when you want to transport it.
In the Box
The Overland includes a versatile organiser bag that securely attaches to the rollator's underside, at no additional cost. This purpose-made bag keeps your essential items—keys, mobile phone, purse, and hand sanitiser—easily accessible whilst you're on the move. The thoughtful design includes a detachable shoulder strap, allowing you to carry the bag separately when needed. You don't need to remove it when folding the rollator. Like every feature of the Overland, this organiser bag demonstrates byACRE's commitment to practical, user-focused design that enhances your daily mobility.
It also comes with two travel locks to keep the rollator folded when in the closed position, being stored or transported.

There is a lifetime warranty on the frame and two years on the other parts, all of which is covered by Assist Mobility.

The height of the handles should match the height of your wrists when standing comfortably.
Seat Height
The seat height is fixed. To test which seat height is best, try sitting on a chair which is of a similar height. The most important part of a rollator seat is how easy it is to get in and out of, so try sitting to see if you will be comfortable getting in and out of it frequently.
Seat Width
When manoeuvring in and out of the rollator seat, it is preferable that your hip width is less than the width between the handles on the rollator. You can still use your rollator even if it's a bit too narrow around the handles, but you may need to do a 'salsa' to get into the seat.

I have deteriorating disc problems and although I can walk well, it was getting increasingly difficult to walk the same distances I could a month or so ago. I was forever sitting down on wet dirty walls or seats to give my back ‘a break’. I bought the Overland as I’m off road a lot with my dog, I needed a Rollator that could handle rough surfaces, mud and the beach.
I’m delighted with this Rollator, I can walk further with my dog and walk with friends again.

Ive had my red ultralight byAcre rollator for a year now & loved travelling with it , it has definitely encouraged me to walk more. Easy to lift into the car & on the train it sits beside me in a standard seat . I had previously bought a rollator with large wheels to use walking in the woods or beach beside my house ,but I started to feel this was to heavy & awkward to push . My husband suggested I buy a Carbon Overland & I absolutely love my new Rose one , great off road ‘ but also fantastic with the shopping bag to walk to the shop or pharmacy nearby, I try to build walking into my day as with a fused spine it’s the only exercise my physio advised me too do . He also advised me to use my rollator & keep walking. Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.
