The Five Whys

Description

The Taurus E Premium is a high-end and functional forearm walker designed to offer unrivalled support for your upper body. High enough for tall users (up to 2.10 m), it features electronic bi-directional height adjustment which at the press of a button will provide the user with support getting up from a seated position.

The prominent central column provides easy access for nursing staff to provide support for the user. 

Adjustability

It features adjustable arm pads and foot brakes. The Premium model is delivered fully assembled with adjustable handles, driving and parking brake on the handles and the opportunity to lock the swing (directional block). The handles can be adjusted forward and sideways for best fit for the user.

The driving and parking brake is easily operated from the handles.

Width

The rollator is only 66cm wide making it easy to navigate some of the tighter gaps in the home including narrow doorways and spaces between kitchen worktops. Although it has a slim design it has sturdy legs providing you with peace of mind. 

Wheels

The 12.5 cm diameter wheels ensure the forearm walker is capable of climbing carpet edges, door thresholds etc., whilst being small enough to reach under beds. Each wheel has it's own foot brake too. 

Locking the swivel (directional block of the rear wheels) is possible and can easily be activated with your feet.

Warranty

TÜV approved according to EN ISO 11199-3 (standard for walking aids, walkers) and is guaranteed free for faults and defects for 2 years (exempt are damage caused by incorrect use or parts exposed to natural wear and tear).

What happens after my order is placed?

Upon placing an order you will receive a personalised courtesy email from a member of our customer service team. In addition, you'll be emailed a receipt confirming what you ordered.

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

You may contact us at any time during this procedure if you have any queries whatsoever.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?

We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.

In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

Where do you deliver to?

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
