You do not need to be registered disabled or eligible for any other benefit to qualify for VAT free mobility goods.
You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick, have a disabling, chronic or terminal condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only. Charities are also eligible by providing their charity number.
At checkout, enter the name of the eligible person, along with their disability / long term illness in order to qualify for VAT relief.
Businesses and people who do not qualify for VAT relief will pay the price that includes VAT i.e. £2.459.

The Topro Taurus E Basic Walker is a well designed and functional walker which maintains good support of the upper body. High enough for tall users (up to 2.10 m), the Taurus E features electric height adjustment for easy use. The Premium model works also as a raising aid.
Both models are available with adjustable arm pads and foot brakes.
The Taurus E Premium model is delivered fully assembled with adjustable handles, driving and parking brake on the right-hand handle and the opportunity to lock the swing (directional block).
TÜV approved according to EN ISO 11199-3 (standard for walking aids, walkers), IEC 60601-1 (electrical safety) and IEC 60601-2 (electromagnetic compatibility) and is guaranteed free for faults and defects for 2 years (exempt are damage caused by incorrect use or parts exposed to natural wear and tear).

What happens after my order is placed?

Once your goods are ready to be dispatched we will email you the tracking information so you can follow the journey of your item(s) to their end destination.

Can I return the product if I am not 100% happy with it?
We hope you love your Assist Mobility product but if you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition (at the full discretion of Assist Mobility), within 14 days of receiving the item.
In the case of an outdoor rollator, wheelchair etc. only tested indoors on a smooth surface. Not used outdoors by any means. The cost of the item will be refunded to you once the return has been processed.

We offer shipping to customers within mainland UK. For byACRE products we also ship to Northern Ireland and Guernsey at no extra cost.
